GIVE TO THE GALENA ARC
Holidaze is an opportunity to give back to the Galena ARC, an organization who has provided Galena with over 50 years of art, sports, fitness, childcare, and early education. Monies raised before and during the event will directly assist the Galena ARC Art Department.
SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESS
Galena has hundreds of small businesses on its historic Main Street and beyond which bring residents and visitors unique goods and services. Galena Holidaze Festival hopes to encourage more people to shop local during and after the festivities. The Galena Downtown Business Association will host their annual Fire in the Sky fireworks event following the festival.
ENCOURAGE COMMUNITY
Galena is about community. The people who live, work and play here are what make it possible to host event such as Galena Holidaze Festival. Everything from the reason for hosting the event to the entertainment, building structures, and games are possible because of the people in our community participating and supporting this new event.
