Welcome the Holidaze in Galena

The Galena Holidaze Festival will be on Saturday, December 7, 2024, from 11 AM to 6 PM. The mission of the festival is to bring an annual holiday event to Galena supporting the downtown businesses, encouraging residents and visitors to attend the festival and Fire in the Sky, and to contribute a portion of our funds to the Galena ARC Art Department.

This come and go, family-friendly event will feature traveling local artisans with holiday items and local food vendors, Christmas music including live Christmas caroling, kids’ activities, a Galena business raffle, petting zoo, ice skating rink and skate rental, and more! All activities are FREE thanks to our sponsors. The event will work together with the mission of the Galena ARC which is partially to “develop community cooperation in programs and activities which further arts/crafts, sports, and recreation for all ages.”

We want Holidaze to be an annual event which will bring in new visitors and attract residents to partake in the activities and fundraising to support the Galena ARC Art Department and downtown businesses.
